Global Tier-One Wireless Manufacturers & Operators Request Technical Trials of New Unity Wireless Product

Limited Competition and Market Leading Size Give Unity’s 450MHz TMA Line the Edge

BELLINGHAM, WA--Apr 10, 2007 -- Unity Wireless Corporation (OTCBB: UTYW), this week launched its new 450Mz band line of Tower Mounted Amplifiers. Added to their existing 450MHz HPA (High Power Amplifier), this new line of TMAs has quickly generated significant interest and, to date, four technical trial requests from two of the world’s largest wireless original equipment manufacturers, as an integrated part of their own base station and antenna system.

The 450MHz band has traditionally had comparatively limited use, with deployment in Eastern Europe, Russia, South East Asia, and Africa. Consequently there are few full line manufacturers of product in this band. Recently, the accelerating demand for wireless in these regions, combined with ever shrinking available frequency spectrum, has resulted in increased demand for 450MHz products, and Tier-One operators and wireless equipment manufacturers are looking for suppliers.
