Unity Wireless Begins Deliveries to Vietnam’s Largest Wireless Carrier

HANOI, VIETNAM & BELLINGHAM, WA--Feb 21, 2007 -- Unity Wireless Corporation (OTCBB: UTYW), today announced that delivery of the second order for the company’s 20 watt frequency shifting repeaters to Vietnam’s largest wireless carrier has commenced. As announced in a Dec 13 release, this second order followed quickly on the heels of the successful deployment of a first round of repeaters in the fourth quarter of 2006.

"We are very well positioned for continued growth in this rapidly developing South East Asian market with our strong regional integration partner and robust, cost competitive repeaters at a key time in Vietnam’s wireless industry development," commented Ilan Kenig, CEO of Unity Wireless.

In the first 11 months of 2005, Vietnam added 4.3 million wireless subscribers, according to the Vietnam VNPT, raising the total number of mobile telephone subscribers in the country to 14.6 million.

Mr. Kenig added, "Vietnam and Indonesia continue to grow in sales for Unity Wireless. We anticipate that South East Asia will also soon deliver opportunities in other product lines, further accelerating our revenue growth in this market."
